DOMESTIC ORDERS (AUSTRALIA WIDE)
Please allow 2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. You can track your order with the tracking number you received in your shipping confirmation email.
STANDARD DELIVERY: Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be delivered to metro areas, and 5-10 business days for rural areas.
EXPRESS DELIVERY: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be delivered to metro areas (within the Auspost express network), and 2-5 business days for rural areas (that are outside of the express post network).

NEW ZEALAND & SINGAPORE ORDERS: $25 standard shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered.
CHINA ORDERS: $30 standard shipping. Please allow 25-30 business days for your order to be delivered.
REST OF THE WORLD: $30 standard shipping. Please allow 10-20 business days for your order to be delivered.
If you have purchased an item you’re not completely happy with, you may exchange the item or receive a store credit within 30 days of the purchase date.
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna

Cap-Z only stocks 100% authentic and genuine officially licensed products.
We ship all of our caps and hats in a Branded Cap-Z Box so that your hat arrives to you in perfect condition. If the rare and unfortunate event occurs where your item comes damaged, please contact us.
To keep your hat looking fresh for years on end, please follow these simple instructions:
- Never put your cap in the washing machine. Ever. And while we’re here, don’t wear it in the ocean.
- If you need to, spot clean any stains on your hat with a proper cap brush and cleaning solution. Here’s a link to our hat cleaning products here.
- When travelling, always keep your hats safe in a cap carrier. Here’s a link to ours. This will prevent your hats from getting squashed during your travels.
Loyalty points are not available for purchases made during special clearance offers or heavily discounted promotions. This ensures the program remains fair and rewards customers for regular purchases.
You can earn points on most purchases, which can be redeemed for discounts and exclusive rewards. However, certain promotions, like clearance sales, may not qualify for point accumulation.
Clearance offers are designed to provide significant discounts to all customers. To maintain balance in the loyalty program, points are not awarded during these special promotions.
Loyalty points cannot be redeemed during promotional sales or special events. This ensures clarity and fairness for all customers. Don’t worry—you’ll still earn points on your purchases during these events to use later!
